I understand the following andwill adhere to the rules set forth. PLEASE SELECT:	No outside food or drinks are to be brought inside the building, except a cake and/or ice cream. Space will be provided at the tables for guests that have wristbands on wrists, not for adult spectators. I understand that each guest (with wristband) will receive One Slice of Pizza. Additional Pizza may be purchased by slice or by whole. You must order through the snack bar or with your birthday host/hostess. You bring your own cake or ice cream or both, you must supply your own cake knife, forks, spoons, and cake plates. We can supply at a reasonable price. Place settings, pizza, pop, are for guests wearing wristbands. Extra plates, and cups will be charged at a reasonable price. Parties must be cancelled 48 hours in advance for a full refund of deposit. Parties cancelled after that time period are subject to a25% surcharge. Any party not cancelled, 15 minutes before party will forfeit 100% of deposit. Guest list will be provided at least 15 minutes before the session starts. All skating adults must pay at the ticket office for admission and rental. Parents of birthday child may have their admission and rental added to their invoice. I understand 8 is the minimum amount of party, I will at least pay for eight children. Parties must conclude 15 minutes before the session ends. All guest must vacate the birthday room by the end of session. Anyparty that is not concluded at the end of session will be subject to a $30.00 charge, per every 15 minutes after the end of the session.
